We are absolutely thrilled to announce that global giant Siemens Healthineers, with its local office based at Watchmoor Park in Camberley, are joining CMP this spring.
Siemens Healthineers is a German company, operating globally with over 70,000 employees in over 70 countries around the world, which provides healthcare solutions and services. Dedicated to bringing breakthrough innovations to market, Siemens Healthineers support healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care, leading to the best possible outcome for patients.
Our newest partners wasted no time in launching their dynamic commitment to Membership, sending a team of volunteers to enjoy their very first Annual Volunteering Day at Yateley Industries on 7 March. Having spent a chilly early spring day busily cutting back, weeding, tidying up and generally being extremely useful across the three acre site, the team were taken on a tour of the premises, including the very recently opened community café, the factory and the in-demand food bank, seeing at first hand what CEO Sheldon McMullan is hoping to achieve at the charity over the coming year.
Nicola Jevons of Siemens Healthineers commented on her first experience of volunteering with CMP: 'It's great - we are outside, supporting a wonderful cause whilst chatting to someone we might never talk to in the office. It really is a win-win!
This partnership provides us with a way to give back to the community as well as a platform for team building.'
Indeed it does. How encouraging to have such committed Members so deeply engaged in the Partnership from the word go! We certainly look forward to working with Siemens Healthineers on many more 'win-wins' in the year ahead.
