Ethical eDiscovery become newest Member of CMP

Spring is almost here with signs of new growth emerging daily! We are absolutely delighted to celebrate the change in the season by announcing that James MacGregor, Founder and MD has decided that Ethical eDiscovery are to join CMP as full Members.

Based in the Farnham area, Ethical eDiscovery deliver expert legal technology support across investigations, litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution.

Ethical and purpose-driven, Ethical eDiscovery believe passionately that justice must lead every decision, from the way digital evidence is collected to how it’s analysed and reviewed. Their work is rooted in honesty, transparency and ethical practice, with a commitment to minimising social and environmental impact for the legal sector and beyond.

James and his team have an impressive record of active involvement in community work and volunteering but believe it's right to expand their engagement by becoming full Members of CMP.

Operations Director, Vicki Whyte is crystal clear about exactly why January 2026 is the perfect time for Ethical eDiscovery to join the Partnership:

'For us, joining CMP is a natural extension of our values: doing the right thing, supporting those around us, and contributing positively to the places where we live and work.

Ethical eDiscovery is proud to become a member of the Community Matters Partnership, a dynamic charity that helps businesses across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire get actively involved in their local communities.

We look forward to taking part in hands-on projects that make a tangible difference, and to connecting with like‑minded organisations through CMP’s volunteering days and community engagement initiatives. We’re excited to give our time and help strengthen the communities that support us.'

Simon Jarvis, CMP CEO, echoed Vicki's sentiments: 'James and Vicki are so enthusiastic about finding authentic ways to make differences in the community. They have such commitment - it's brilliant to have them on board and I really look forward to working with them to do great things this year.'
