What a brilliant start to the new year: we are absolutely buzzing with the news that Energi People are the latest local company to join the Partnership as super-charged Members!

Energi People, recruitment specialists in the field of engineering and construction established over 20 years ago by founder and CEO Alex Christie, are based on the Cody Technology Park in Farnborough. Alex and Jessica Dade, Contracts Administrator, spoke warmly about the reasons why now is the perfect time for the company to team up with the growing partnership:
'We are delighted to join the Community Matters Partnership and be part of an initiative that makes a real difference in our local community.

For us, this partnership is about giving back – contributing to causes that matter, while also inspiring our team to step away from their desks, connect with others, and enjoy the positive impact of teamwork outside the workplace.
Through CMP, we see a fantastic opportunity to engage in activities that promote personal growth, team and character building.
By immersing ourselves in community-focused projects, we’re not just strengthening our team, but also adopting a culture of collaboration and kindness. We’re excited to make a meaningful contribution to the community we’re proud to be a part of.'
Welcoming Energi People, Simon Jarvis said: 'I am struck by the abundant enthusiasm that both Alex and Jess have for what we at CMP are doing. They genuinely understand the mission, share our values, and most importantly want to contribute positively to the ambitious plans we have for the year ahead.
The team and I are really excited about working with Energi People and engaging their staff for the mutual benefit of the company and the community.'
