Elanco: partners bring 'healthy purpose' to CMP

We are proud to announce that Elanco, following a highly successful experience of a one-off volunteering event at Yateley Industries organised by CMP, have now chosen to become full Members of the Community Matters Partnership.

It was evident from the first approach by Yasir Mo (pictured right), Workplace Productivity & Collaboration Engineer in the Tech Ops section, that Elanco were looking for an opportunity to do something authentic; a challenge which would truly make a difference whilst bringing colleagues together.

'When we were looking for a partner for our Global Day of Purpose, Community Matters Partnership stepped in and took care of everything, from designing a day that could engage a large group to keeping communication clear and practical throughout. '

Yasir's warm enthusiasm and energetic commitment was infectious as he and the large team came together, tackling the extensive grounds (and the notorious bund!) at the site in Yateley - clearing, raking, cutting, digging and sorting thousands of archived documents. A hard grafting day for all but the brilliant smiles never wavered.

Yasir again: 'CMP's organised, friendly team meant our colleagues could simply turn up, feel welcomed and respected, and focus on making a real, hands‑on difference in the community.'

What a pleasure it is to have Elanco in the Partnership. The values, drive and purposes of Elanco harmonise well with those of CMP. We look forward to the close involvement of these volunteering superstars at many more events throughout 2026.
