About us

Forming CMP

CMP was the idea of Company Director, Tracy Marlow and in October 2010, along with Jonathan Dolbear (voluntary Chair) they formed the Community Matters Partnership. The company began trading in January 2011.

Tracy had regonised over her working career that companies really wanted to engage strategically with the local community but were not always sure where to start or how to start. Tracy wanted to help companies get the most from community engagement through a strategic partnership appraoch.

Since its formation, CMP has developed into an innovative model for community engagement, it has brought local companies closer together to form relationships and it has raised over £1million for good causes.
